Unfortunately, I couldn't find Leica 5 digits number for this legs and I don't know the model. The tripod and head are in excellent working and cosmetic condition with minimal signs of wear.

Only one small issue I found: a bubble level on the tripod is dry (you can easily replaced it by yourself), but same level on the head is full and works properly. And one level is more.
