The tripod is in great conditon, it comes with a REALLY RIGHT STUFF BH-40 fluid head with QR (no QR plate). The carbon fiber legs are in great condition with one leg that has been replaced(with carbon fiber). All the leg locking mechanisms function perfectly and lock tight.
