Benro FVY28CIB1 Velocity Series 2 Carbon Fiber Tripod with IB1 Ball Head. This travel style tripod kit, the Velocity FVY28CIB1, is for photographers requiring more control, higher level features and functionality. The Velocity FVY28CIB1 features 8x Carbon fiber legs.Constructed out of 8 layers of carbon fiber these legs offer high levels of strength and very low weight. The FVY28CIB1 Velocity Series 2 Carbon Fiber Tripod and IB1 Ball Head from Benro can hold up to 17.6 lb and weighs 3.8 lb. It can extend to a maximum height of 60.8", and can fold down to 23.2" thanks to its reverse-folding legs that close around the ball head. The 4-section legs have dust-resistant twist locks and are individually adjustable. The included IB1 ball head is an Arca-type compatible head with a load capacity of 17.6 lb.
It stands 3.8 high, and weighs 12.8 oz. There are separate locks for both the ball movement and the 360° panning motion, as well as a friction control knob. A 90° notch makes it easy to switch to portrait orientation. The numbered scale on the head's base allows for easily repeatable pans, and a bull's eye bubble helps ensure they head is level with the horizon. Higher level features & functionality.
